ChartSpan Appoints New Board Observer, Austin Poole of BIP Capital

(Greenville, South Carolina) - October 1, 2019 - ChartSpan, the largest fully-managed provider of chronic care management, has appointed Austin Poole as a Board Observer. Austin is currently a Senior Associate at BIP Capital, where he leads investments in the Healthcare IT and FinTech. BIP Capital is ChartSpan’s lead investor in a recent Series A round of capital.

Prior to his time at BIP Capital, Austin worked in the structured credit market where he focused on creating specialized debt products for middle-market private equity firms. He also has spent time working in the supply chain and logistics and early-stage technology spaces in consulting and business development roles.

In addition to his role with ChartSpan’s board, Austin currently represents BIP Capital as a director on the board for ThingTech and as an observer of the board for ConnexPay, LLC.
