Jaan Sidorov M.D., M.H.S.A. is a general internist with over 20 years experience in primary care, disease management, and population-based care coordination. Prior to his current roles, Dr. Sidorov was a Medical Director at Geisinger Health Plan for over ten years, where his responsibilities included starting and expanding its numerous care management initiatives, as well as at Hewlett Packard where he was a Medical Director in HP’s analytics enterprise.
